Hi dear Zara 🙂

I think it could be a secretion, i.e. an ejection of a liquid from the milkfall of your nipple. That’s not bad or painful. Just watch when these stains occur. Do these spots appear daily or mainly when you have your days?

An accurate diagnosis, which is for stains it is ultimately, but will only be able to put a doctor. If you’re insecure, you can take a look at this from a female doctor nearby. If you don’t want to go there, you can also go to the youth doctor or doctor. Home doctors go – and perhaps let this be explained during the J2 examination.

I hope I could help you a little with my answer. If you have any questions or need help, you can send me a friend request at any time and send me a personal message 🙂

So if you’re not pregnant, it’s more unusual, but it can have many causes.

In this case, I would imagine a female doctor.just to get a little more serious.

Outflow from the nipple

The escape of liquid from one or both nipples in non-stilling women is also referred to as breast wart secretion or breast gland secretion. Sometimes this liquid can contain breast milk or breast milk-like secretion without pregnancy or breastfeeding. This is referred to as a galactor rhiz.

What is effluent from the nipple?

Definition

effluent from the nipples is the separation of liquid from the nipples of the mammary gland via the nipple; it can occur in women and less frequently in men. At the end of pregnancy and during breastfeeding, the outflow of breast milk is quite normal. But even outside pregnancy, liquid can escape from the nipple, which in many cases can be harmless. There are, however, warning signs that indicate a condition in need of treatment.

Symptoms

In the event of an outflow from the nipple, a liquid emerges from one or both nipples. Depending on the underlying cause, the appearance of the liquid and the accompanying symptoms may differ.

The secretion can appear clear, milky, bloody, eager or green brownish. It can take place spontaneously or only after pressure on the breast. The breast may appear unchanged or be painfully swollen and roasted. Rarely a knot can be touched in the chest or the nipple appears drawn inward.

Some sufferers feel beaten, notice a shrinking of pubic hair, enhanced hair growth in the face area or have no other complaints.

Causes

The causes can be very diverse and are often harmless. Nevertheless, there can also be a serious reason.

Pressure/mechanical irritation of the breast

Breasts and nipples can be stimulated by mechanical stimuli, pressing/stuffing/cooking of nipples or sexual activity. In women, stimulation can increase prolactin levels and consequently lead to breast milk.

Mental stress

Continuous stress can in some cases be the cause.

Milk papilloma

This is a benign tumor in a milk cycle, the secretion can often be bloody here.

Drugs Some drugs that have an inhibitory effect on dopamine release or its receptor can be causal:

tricyclic antidepressants, antidepressants from the group of SSRI, risperidone, morphine, codein, heroin

Antihistamines

hormonal contraceptives

Verapamil.

inflammation (
mastitis) or abscess of the mammary gland

The breast is swollen, redd, overheated and compressive. The outflow can look eager.

Increase of the prolactin levelMagnized by a benign tumor of the gland of the brain (prolactinoma)By a weak kidney or liver function, which leads to an accumulation of prolactin in the body.
thyroid subfunctionGalaktorrhö in Newborn

By transferring prolactin to the mother via the navel cord to the child, it may temporarily come to the emergence of breast milk in the newborn.
