Guten Tag,
Ich fliege nächste Woche in den Urlaub.
Im “Packet” ist der Flug + den Transfer zum Hotel.
Angenommen, der Flieger kommt 1h zu spät am Flughafen an, sodass der Transfer Bus schon los gefahren ist, was passiert dann ?

Hallo, ich habe leider heute erst erfahren, dass mein Reisepass nur noch 2 Monate gültig ist. Um nach Ägypten einzureisen, brauche ich einen der 6 Monate gültig ist. The transfer bus is not a bus. It is used to pick up the hotel guests. If the hotel guests are still in the air, the transfer bus driver waits until the machine has landed and the guests have come to the bus.

The driver of the transfer bus knows what flyers the hotel guests arrive with. If the aircraft is late, it must wait or come again later (if the aircraft is delayed by several hours).

The bus cannot wait forever (maximum 20-30 minutes) because otherwise the other guests would arrive too late at the hotel and as many as possible arrive on time at the hotel, but there are complaints from the other guests. Unless there’s just one flyer coming in or the last flyer in the day then the bus waits for all the guests to come and no guest waiting.
Other example:
Flight A arrives at 16:55 am
Flight B arrives at 17:00 at the airport
Flight C arrives at 17:05 am
has now flight B 1 hour delay and only lands at the airport at 18:00 then the bus would rather not wait as you can not expect the guests from flight A and C to wait 1 hour on the bus. In this case, the tour guide would then organize a replacement transfer for the late guests (which cannot do anything)
