Fluege.de Invia fraud debt collection?

Hi,

It's about fluege.de (invia flights)

I had booked a flight, but the airline (Germanwings) told me that there was no booking under my name. Later, Fluege.de claimed it was registered as a NO SHOW… now they have handed it over to a debt collection agency.

What is the best way to behave?

I have no idea what "NO SHOW should mean."

If you receive a receivable, the claim may be rejected or demand a receivable.

Please contact the consumer center or a lawyer.

no show means you are not showing up at the airport.

When is or was the flight?

Were you at the airport?

If you have a booking number, you can also fly
