Flea bad or not?

Today, as an exception, I had breakfast in bed, and then, as I was taking the last bite, a flea-like creature (see picture) jumped onto my plate, or maybe even came out of the food, unfortunately I didn't get a good look. When I took a picture, I didn't pay attention to it for a second, and it was gone.
Now he has to be in my bed, which is why I want to ask if this could end badly.
I don't know anything about these little creatures, but I'm worried about an infestation.
I don't have any pets and haven't noticed any flea bites on myself yet.

Looks like a flea.
In any case, swap bed linen and look around bed once again, whether there is more to stop. In principle, these are not dangerous, of course, can nevertheless transmit diseases and in the rare case also parasites, both not desirable.
I don’t know about fleas, but maybe you can change your bed linen and see if what happens in the next few days
