Is the Samsung remote control broken?
I have a Samsung Smart TV (UE40J6289SUXZG). The remote control hasn't worked since yesterday. A red light on the TV keeps flickering, and when I check the remote using my phone's camera, it sends a signal without pressing a button, but not when pressed. Does anyone know what can be done? Thanks
