Flight and time difference

Good afternoon, I was just confused about something on the train. For example, if you fly from Frankfurt to New York, you fly ~9 hours without a stopover. So if I leave at 10 am, I arrive at 7 pm. This is not true, of course, because the earth rotates and there is a time difference. How big is this time difference? What happens if I fly to Hong Kong, for example? Then the time difference is in the other direction, or is this all complete nonsense?

Can someone tell me how big the shift is in both directions for route X?

At New York you will be there when you get off at 10 am at about 12:30 am New York local time. The flight takes about 8.5 hours. The time difference between Germany and New York is 6 hours. If you are going to Hong Kong you will arrive a day later, just like when you fly back from usa.
