Receding chin/braces?
Hey guys, I'm 14 years old and I'm going to get braces soon. Now my question.
Is it true that my chin is still changing during puberty/the chin or jawline is changing due to braces?
Are these jawline balls useful?
Nothing bothers me except this little mark, because it's pretty much the first thing you see on your face.
If braces help, does it matter which one, or do you have any other tips?
I still go through everyday life with confidence, but it could still be much easier and more liberating and it's just annoying…
Hello Allerererchter,
you still have residual growth. The changes caused by the braces overlay your natural growth can inhibit or promote this.
But if you are a pronounced Jawline your goal, then this is not the target of the orthodontic orthodontist, and usually there must be a jaw surgeon.
With Jawline balls you can change the undercut position if you have them in your mouth for at least 16 hours a day for weeks. And if that worked out, then you can try a breast enlargement by hand placement 😉
Good luck!

The photo looks very like class2 / lower jaw back. If this is the case, this can be corrected by a brace – then you should also get nh jawline.
Top nasal breathing, bottom mouth breathing
if you sleep and breathe through the mouth or during the day it may be that your chin/kiefer therefore look like that. And yes a brace helps and no, not some, but the one that your dentist recommends. Better ask your dentist, he’ll probably have a better answer.
if you get such a jaw thing as with me you also get jawline with me you can see the jawline more than I had no other sport make the best cardio this chew the pineapple chewing gum and you are still growing in puberty
I always thought I was too old, is it no matter whether solid or loose braces for my jaw/jawline?
So the 100% will still change/ how long does it take?
