Fleischersatzprodukte- sinnvoll?
Es gibt immer mehr (beworbene) industriell hochverarbeitete Fleischersatzprodukte auf dem Markt. Inzwischen sind einige fast auf der selben Preisschiene wie echtes Fleisch. Eine bekannte Supermarktkette arbeitet bereits an der Angleichung.
Es ist eine Frage der Zeit bis Ersatzprodukte sogar günstiger werden. Dann wird das Kaufverhalten der Kunden wirklich interessant werden!
Was man sich dabei jedoch fragen muss, ist doch wer eigentlich davon profitieren mag!? Man könnte als Laie fast wetten, dass dieser neue Markt bestimmt schon an die Mega Food Brands aufgeteilt ist.
Und bringt das der Umwelt und dem Menschen selbst wirklich mehr?
Ich für mich selbst, würde lieber rein pflanzliche Ernährung vorziehen, statt Fleischersatzprodukte zu konsumieren, müsste ich mich für eins von beiden entscheiden!

Mine isn’t! I also do not use more than soya granules as a substitute product. But this, too, is in measure and apart from soy flour there is nothing inside.
Soy in itself is also something valuable in the kitchen as you say. Is just the natural glutamate and brings neat Umami taste.

That’s exactly what I see. If one only thinks that practically every cattle farmer or butcher can produce meat from a breeding cattle with relatively simple means. This is no longer desired!
So do I. And everything from the lab comes from something missing. It’s not the same.
No, these meat substitute products are not sensual, that is any chipped pamp with hardened fats and additives, as in many other finished products too.
If you don’t want to eat meat, there are plenty of recipes for great vegetable fats without buying any finished products.

Well, unfortunately, it’s just being screwed that it’s supposed to be cheaper and it’s supposed to be kind of tasty for people.
