Fitness?

Hallo liebe GF Community 👋

LG Henry

Hello, Henry!

If it is – as I suspect – a muscle cat, you are much better now.

Probably you trained like many beginners on one side and without system. The studio will have a trainer, let you do a plan and start carefully.

Unfortunately, you can not prevent a muscle cat, but you can make it much easier to work out new muscle groups with a small pensum and then boost your training.

And you train a few weeks regularly, there is no more muscle cat

Success

Hold it. If you start taking painkillers in pain, then it becomes normal. That’s good. Drink a lot today and move, then it gets better.

Just keep going in two days. Don’t go to the border until the muscles get cramped. 80 to 85 percent of the maximum number of Wdh. is enough for the start. Your tendons and ligaments have to get used to it. The muscle cat gets less of us from training to trsining just extremely during long training breaks.

Muscle cats after training, especially after the first, is quite normal. Probably you just exaggerated it a little at the beginning. The way should be in the highest two days.

You can best relieve pain with cold. So an ice bath would be a good idea. Otherwise try to rest and feed well.

Wait. Basically, you train so little that you hardly get muscle cats. And he should be gone after 1 day of rest. You won’t be fitter. There are training plans for beginners who should stay in any studio, or you make a sample training.
