First interview after 15 applications?

I'm currently trying to get an apprenticeship as an IT specialist. A little about me: I'm 20 years old and have already completed my apprenticeship. I've only been turned down so far, but today I got a call saying I have an interview. What are the chances that I'll get this position? What was striking was that they invited me and haven't even seen my certificate yet. Is this really a company that doesn't care about grades but rather about performance at work, or is this also a company that wants to fob me off if I don't understand something or can't do something?
