Firma meldet sich nicht mehr trotz Zusage…?
Hallo,
ich hatte vor 3 Wochen ein Vorstellungsgespräch. Das Gespräch lief soweit sehr gut.
Danach war auch klar, dass ich den Job bekommen würde.
Ich hab mir das ganze dann nochmal durch den Kopf gehen lassen und fand die Konditionen nicht so gut. Habe dann einen Tag später dort angerufen und erfragt, ob es möglich ist, dass ich nach der Probezeit mehr Gehalt bekomme, wenn es von beiden Seiten aus passt und ich im Unternehmen bleibe. Da meinten sie dann, dass sie das jetzt so nicht entscheiden können, da ich ja ein Quereinsteiger wäre und man erstmal meine Leistung beurteilen muss.
Ich fand die Aussage nicht ganz korrekt, da ich bereits eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in dem Beruf sowie 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung vorweisen kann, was auch im Vorstellungsgespräch ersichtlich war, da wir über meine bisherigen Tätigkeiten und meinen beruflichen Werdegang gesprochen haben.
Seitdem habe ich nichts mehr von der Firma gehört.
Ich habe zwar mittlerweile bei einer anderen Firma einen anderen Arbeitsvertrag unterschrieben, da ich dort mehr Gehalt bekomme.
Mich würde an der Stelle interessieren, warum man nicht eine vernünftige Absage schicken kann, statt sich dann einfach nicht mehr zu melden?

Do you have the argument that you are a cross-releaser, because even during the phone call, or did you just take it that way?
Someone with training and six years of professional experience as a cross-release is more than three times. So either they tried to scare you and use the dumping wage or they mistake you on the phone.
It is advisable to think about what pay you want before the interview. In the best case, this is already communicated with the appointment address or in the application letter. So the employer knows what you’re looking for and can then consider whether this place is worth the desired salary. If he wants to occupy the place at any cost, you both need not waste your time. 😉
I have said that this surprises me, as I already have several years of experience in this area. Of course not with the product itself, but the processes are known to me and they also noticed in the interview.
I knew that too. The thoughts I had made before the other interview, and then it was good enough:)

did you write to them that you had another place? Because it could also be that they would have to vote this internally now (with the accounting/chief or whoever) and then give you an answer … but if you have a different position, they can save themselves

Did you write to the company that you have another contract? If you don’t, you did exactly the same, and you complained here? Sometimes it takes much longer than 3 weeks to get a cancellation. It was several months with me. Then I had a new one, I didn’t say it, I would have liked it.
This then applies to both sides.

Perhaps your kind from their point of view was so penetrant that they had no desire. If we only have money, they will join us. You should say goodbye. HR often consists of trottels that do not know where they belong. Then have a little power like Baerbock, long, Esken and kevin 😂
You didn’t do it differently? Or did you cancel the company properly?
