Du musst auf “Öffnen mit” und dann ein geeignetes Programm auswählen. (PowerPoint)
Du kannst dann auch den Haken bei Aktion immer ausführen setzten, damit du es nicht jedes mal neu machen musst.

Bei öffen mit Stand da nur :Applications\Firefox.exe (Standard) und Windows Media Player aber kein PowerPoint

Prerequisite, of course: you have PowerPoint installed.
What's the problem? You've obviously stored your PowerPoint presentations in the cloud, you access the cloud with Firefox, you click on one of the files, and Firefox doesn't know what to do with a .pptx file because you never told it. So it asks you what to do. So far, everything's "as designed."
So, if you want to open .pptx files with a program in the future, select "Open with" and check the box "Always perform this action for files of this type" below.
