I'm not entirely sure what to do. I ordered a stick from eBay, but unfortunately it didn't come with a remote control. I ordered that separately. Now it's not the one that came with the stick. And I have to set it up from scratch.
The remote control isn't responding. Does this only work with the original remote control? I need help.

Aber du kannst bei eBay auch Ersatzfernbedienungen für den Stick kaufen (achte aber darauf das es die Passende für dein stick-Modell ist.)Oder du kannst auch dein Handy als Fernbedienung benutzen.Dazu musst dir die Fire TV -app im Play Store runterladen ,die du dann wie ne FB nutzen kannst.Voraussetzung dafür dass:Stick und Smartphone sind im gleichen WLAN angemeldet
ah jetzt verstehe ich:Du hast schon ne Fire TV Fernbedienung gekauft aber nicht die passende?Ich dachte du versuchst ne Universal -FB..Das meinte ich:es muss genau die sein die zu deinem Stick passt,(also z.B.Firestick1,Firestick 2,Firestick 4k )…also am besten zurückschicken und dafür die passende kaufen.Dann sollte es auch klappen.
