The training ends with the passed exams and therefore usually before August 1st.
If you continued to work in the company after that, you would no longer be a trainee.
In this respect, it depends on when you passed your exams. Taking the exam earlier wouldn't work.
Your training is complete once you've passed all exams. If you're now working for the company, you'll be hired. Talk to your training company.
