Finger capsule tear: Break from strength training or continue?
"Hi everyone, I recently injured the capsule in my little finger—more precisely, I tore it. Now I'm unsure whether I should take a break from strength training or if it's okay to continue my training as usual. Has anyone had similar experiences or can give me tips on what I should watch out for? Of course, I want to avoid aggravating the injury, but at the same time, I don't like being idle. Did a doctor diagnose you with the capsule crack? Then you should ask him if you can lift it hard. You can only do leg and abdominal training once you have to protect your finger.
