Fine for e-scooters?
I just got my letter. 37 days ago, I was riding an e-scooter with a colleague. He was riding and I was on the back. Then the cops came up from behind and stopped us. My boyfriend ran away because he'd also had a few drinks. They chased him because they probably thought they were about to make the biggest drug bust of their careers. Anyway, whatever. So they chased him, and I carried on walking on the scooter. Since I wasn't driving, I had nothing to fear.
I then briefly hopped on the scooter, rode for 10 meters, and then walked on again because I had to get through the sand. I then picked up the scooter and carried it. Then the police came up from behind. Well, only one of them was in the car. He came out straight away and said I wanted a breathalyzer test. I asked him why.
Because at the very short moment I drove he wasn't even there, he didn't even see that I was driving and I'm so sure of that. He only saw that the scooter was running. Then his other colleague came and they said they were going to take me away. I blew a test result at the station and my blood pressure was 0.34 mg/l. Today I got the letter for €528! There's a license plate number on the letter, but it can't be right. We were driving a Bolt, not a Tier. I asked Bolt for the license plate number today. I hope I can get something from them.
So what can I do now? I'm 18, and as far as I know, I don't have legal protection, and I want to file an appeal. I was 17 at the time of the "crime."
I also have a one-month driving ban (I haven't started my driver's license yet, which is the least of my problems).

Der Bußgeldbescheid enthält eine Rechtsbehelfsbelehrung. Dort steht, dass du innerhalb von zwei Wochen Einspruch einlegen kannst.
Bei der Gerichtsverhandlung werden die Beteiligten dann als Zeugen vernommen und der Richter stellt anhand der Aussagen fest, ob du nachweislich ein Kraftfahrzeug unter Alkoholeinfluss geführt hast.
Geht das Verfahren zu deinem Nachteil aus, zahlst du sämtliche Kosten.
Das ist dein größtes Problem, sofern du vorhast, innerhalb der nächsten 10 Jahre eine Fahrerlaubnis zu beantragen.

Es wird sich um das Versicherungskennzeichen, eventuell um die FIN handeln (wenn vorhanden). Eine interne Vermieter-Nummer ist irrelevant.
Bezahl den Mist und es ist vom Tisch. Unterm Strich seit ihr zu zweit auf nem Roller gefahren, was nicht erlaubt ist, desweiteren hattet ihr Alkohol und unter Alkoholeinfluss ein Fahrzeug im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr bewegt. Da seit ihr so eh noch gut dran

Is it completely new to you that you're not allowed to ride an e-scooter with two people, especially under the influence of alcohol?
If you drive with that attitude, you should reconsider getting a driver's license.
You have received the hearing form – then write down your view of things (although at 528€ there must have been a lot more wrong)
Klar bin ich mir bewusst aber wenn man um 4 Uhr nach Hause muss und keine Busse mehr fahren, würde das glaube ich jeder machen

Was du jetzt machen kannst? Zahlen! Immer diese Bürschchen, die meinen schlauer als die Polizei zu sein und wenn sie dann erwischt werden, geht das Geheule los.
