Finding out address with bank details – fraud?

Hello everyone,

I was pretty much ripped off through classified ads.

Report, bank, etc. Didn't help.

My question is, does anyone know of a forum, a tool or, for that matter, a link in Tor where I can find what I'm looking for?

I realize that questions like these don't belong here, but as soon as I have a helpful answer, I'll delete this post. Feel free to write to me privately so the answers aren't visible to everyone.
