Do you think I'm fat?

I'm 18 years old, weigh 47.5 kg, and am 1.62 m tall. I'm currently feeling very unwell and especially find my stomach very large. I desperately want to lose weight because everyone else seems thinner than me. Do you think my stomach is too big? How can I make it flatter and more defined?

So you’re not fat and honest, you’re a little underweight anyway. If you continue to take, then the too little weight would be for your size. Better take, train and feed yourself healthy so that your stomach stays flat. He looks good.

This is a normal slim belly. From weight you are in the lower range, less is unhealthy at size.

You don’t get any other abdominal shape by eating less. You’ll never just take off on a diet.

Better make muscle.

You actually have a pretty belly. Others would be happy if they had.

Anyone who calls you thick can buy glasses.

Defining the body first requires muscles whose outlines can become visible. You’re pretty obviously not.

And what should be clear: muscle build-up takes up the weight. Accept that. The number that indicates the scale says nothing over your appearance!

Maybe you should deal with your body perception and/or “all others” with anorexia.

I find for your size and your age this is completely fine I would even say that it looks rather slim, don’t worry too much about the appearance you are perfect as you are.
