Innerorts is exactly the area where someone is most likely to take the lead, some depp runs out of the car or the like. So if there is an area where a speed limit is reasonable, then the internal area.

There. Now let’s get the good old driving school formulas out: At 50 km/h it is 15+25 = 40 m long and at 70 km/h it is 21 + 49 = 70 m long. Great. the double track until you stand. In exactly the area where, most likely, a human life depends on whether you come to stand or not in time.

So I see exactly two reasons why one would do that:

  • Man too stupidto think about what you are doing and what consequences it can have (the driving school formulas are now really easy and you just have to think about it once in life),
  • Human life is a I don’t care, or you are even actively looking at how dead people can be produced via a driver’s career.

Both varieties should not be allowed to sit in my eyes on the tax of a motor vehicle because they are a danger to the general public.

There are quite a lot more and more faster than allowed.

And I’m absolutely convinced that the world would be better if everyone had to give a few years of driving. Maybe in time they find one, two functioning brain cells in their skulls.

I see the speed limit more relaxed. If someone wants to try out if a deer that he catches at 130 km/h passes through the windshield and comes to the cuddling, he should try it out for me. Of course, with 10 years in prison and a life-long driving lock, if he accidentally catches a walker… his responsibility!

is still in the “legal” area

Can it be that you have trouble distinguishing what is allowed and what is not?

But hey, with you, a woman can probably be just “something” pregnant, so to speak with half a child…

Where I drive in a tunnel where unnecessary 30 is 40

Depends on the circumstances. Partly this is allowed too much, in some cases you can drive significantly faster without danger.

Let’s go of a brake delay 8 m/s2 and a reaction time of one second.

50 km/h

Reaction route :

50 km/h * 1 s ≈ 13.9 m/s * 1s = 13.9 m

Brake path:

(50 km/h)² / (2 * 8 m/s²) ≈ 12.1 m

Stop:

13.9 m + 12.1 m = 26 m

70 km/h

Reaction route:

70 km/h * 1 s ≈ 19.4 m/s * 1s = 19.4 m

Brake path:

(70 km/h)² / (2 * 8 m/s²) ≈ 23.6 m

Stop:

19.4 m + 23.6 m = 43 m

Conclusion

43 m / 26 m ≈ 1.65

The stopping distance for a danger braking is about 65% longer at 70 km/h compared to 50 km/h. This can make the difference between life and death.

There’s no way inside. Exceptions 5-10 are reasonably acceptable if it allows traffic

You could also ask if you can drive a little slower than the permitted maximum speed. This is also possible and sensible.

As there are quite accurate tachometers today, it should not be hard for someone to keep the speed.

At 15 to 20 kmh crossing, the car should be retracted forever. In addition, the driving licence should be withdrawn for life.

If it would be reasonable to drive this pace, it would be allowed. Besides, that’s bad for the traffic flow.

Even if you don’t get a point, it’s not in the legal area anymore. This ends where the permitted maximum speed is reached. Even though many drive faster, it does not become legal.

No. Just imagine a kid running out of your car. With 70, your braking path is much longer than 50 and that could end fatal for the child. Could you handle it?
