Find your first job as an IT specialist application developer?

Hi,

I trained as an IT specialist and application developer and am now having trouble finding my first job. I'm always accused of not having enough experience (for junior positions). Now I'm wondering how others do it when even junior positions require several years of experience.

Does anyone have any tips on how to get started?

Believe me, in stores that you say you have too little experience for a junior job, I wouldn’t work at all at your place. You can see how expectations and reality drift apart.

They don’t want to pay a junior, but an experienced employee just like a junior. Easy to apply. With your CV, they know your experience.

And those who are not willing to work on a junior should continue to suffer from a lack of skilled workers.

Try insurance.

They are not necessarily super popular wg. However, the conservative reputation pays well in terms of average (the contract of private insurance) and sometimes have problems that they do not train enough young people themselves.

On the one hand, as a fresh e-technique I also had the problem with the “too little professional experience”. Great, where should I take them if I don’t find a job like that? Just keep looking, as stupid as it sounds.

On the other hand: Develop software for so long. Companies from small to quite large, but have always only had to do with academics as software developers, but never with FIAE. Studies wouldn’t be an option for you?
