Find new companies with AI, Google or APP?

Hello,

I am looking for a way to specifically find new companies.

I sell to the restaurant industry, where there are always a lot of new openings and closings. Now I'm looking for a tool, a website, or a way to ask, "Which restaurant has opened in the Hamburg area this year?" – is there perhaps an AI or an app for that? Unfortunately, Google isn't much help, as it only shows individual examples and never a complete list.

Does anyone have a tip? Thanks in advance.

Hello and thank you. Unfortunately, you can't sort by date at the trade register, or do I consider something?

This has nothing to do with an AI.

Of course, there is no list for it that you would have to put together yourself
