Hello. I took my Fimo out of the oven after 30 minutes, but it was still soft and I didn't preheat it. I've had it in there for 1.5 hours now (the white color is still normal), but it's still a bit soft. Is this normal? Will something happen if I leave it in there too long?

Let it cool. Then it’s solid.
And yes, if you let it in too long, the color changes and it becomes blissful.
