Hi.
You won’t get legal certainty here.
There’s only lay people here.
++++++++++++++++++++

Can I get a shot of a drone on public grounds?

Don’t let it be said at all.
This depends on different factors – among others also on the model that you are using or where you are. The situation also plays a decisive role, etc.

How is the legal situation if the drone only flies over public reason, but has a view of a private property, for example a field or a field?

This, too, cannot be said and depends on the circumstances. The subject is quite complex and therefore complicated. It can’t be said in a few words. The legal texts are not for nothing…

On a drone insurance page I found these two infos:

What an insurance page says is more or less no matter.
Official information from the authorities — such as the Federal Aviation Office, for example. That’s why I don’t go further on your quote – it’s just that it’s not so easy and that’s not true at all…

You want to inform you?
Then please do it via the official pages, such as the Federal Aviation Office (LBA). Here is a link to:

https://www.lba.de/DE/Home/home_node.html

All information without guarantee.
I’m just a layman who can be wrong.

First of all, register and insure the drone with the Authority.

I think a field or field are okay, but living lands are not

Best of all, you’re flying somewhere where far and wide no human soul can be found. Of course not in a nature reserve or near highways or near airfields or near transmission facilities and then not higher than 120 meters (fit if you start on a mountain) …

Theoretically, you also need an approval from the Federal Aviation Office and also a drone liability insurance….

No, you can’t just film with a drone, you have to get a special permit before.
