Looking for a movie title?

Hi,

I once watched a film about a very scared little boy. His father wants to build him a tree house and sends him to buy screws. He rides his bike, wearing a yellow raincoat, and is teased by other children along the way.

Then it starts to pour and he ends up in a library, where he looks at books and is practically 'drawn in' to them and their stories.

It's with real people. If anyone knows him, I'd be really grateful.
