Oh ever… the famous Canomatic only with another name. I used to put one on my face, but only to test and disassemble. My only took a picture, after that it was over. That was enough for me.

To your question, this thing has a motor. There are different models, but the large wheel on the top looks as similar to my model. You could also be rewinding there. Simply place the wheel on the backspoke symbol.

I hope you didn’t pay too much for it. The part consists only of cheap plastic, a lot of lead and not very trustworthy electronics.

Hello

now I know things only with steel plate as weight gain, there are probably luxury versions with lead, in times after ROHS 2002 (no lead)?

With the Canomatic and her relatives, I have only heard of lead. On the website of Kurt Tauber there is a disassembled copy, which is also lead. And also in my Canomatic was lead. With steel it would certainly not have been easy to put just 350 grams in the camera. In the handle of the bar flash, in which normally batteries are, enough space would have been for 200 grams. But in the end… since this camera was not officially sold anyway, the importers of EU regulations were certainly very much irrelevant.

It is also not known when and how long these cameras were produced. At the end of the 90s they appeared, at the beginning of the 2000s the police had already taken these cameras on the screen, cameras were confiscated and Canon also expressed their opinion. No one knows whether ROHS has been produced at the time.

Thank you for that, I’ve never been under my eyes. Maybe I was too little on the highways. 😉

They were also sold in cities from the trunk. But you didn’t miss anything! Today, I am absolutely incomprehensible that people are putting themselves a Canomatic, Melsom or what they are otherwise called into the showcases, even though they know about the fraud. And it’s a pity that people still fall into this camera.

Hello

simply send as a one-way camera to the photo lab, the knowledge of how to do it and dispose of the rest of the garbage.

Since I did not find a user manual right now:

Either the camera has a built-in rewinding motor and there is then a correspondingly marked button on the device or there is at the top left side a turning knob with a fold-out crank, which must be pulled upwards if necessary in order to release the locking of the rear side.
