I didn’t think the movie was good.
It was not actually discussed at all the cause of the civil war, basically it was only said to give the photographer something supposedly exciting to do.
Next, there would be the numerous, hair-absorbing errors of the reporters. In a tour they stand in direct line of shots and crawl around where the front is the most hottest, where the regular military could absolutely not need them and where the military would not take any consideration of them.
There were also plenty of logic holes, mainly caused by the above points.
The finale and the end I found particularly bad, basically that was a summit of logic errors.
To a large extent, the film looks like a collection of short films with a very, very loose superordinate story.
However, the individual sections are technically very well made for themselves.
That the cause of civil war is not shown is the meaning of the film…

I don’t think you know the cause of the civil war. The fear of war is well represented. I like movies where you have to think a bit. I think the movie is great. For me it’s not a 08 / 15 movie.

I found the film very well, as he captures the horrors and confusions of war.

Film was exciting. But I didn’t like it that the leading actor and Western Forces are shown as well… That was so ridiculous!
