Is it legal to put fire department stickers on drones?

Hello, I'd like to buy a drone, and because I've done some research beforehand, I've seen that you can/may put stickers on it. Now my question is, because I'm very interested in the fire service. Am I allowed to put stickers on my drone in a fire service design, like I've seen online, with the words "Fire Service" and the corresponding "Fire Service Blessing."

Since the term “firefighter” is not legally protected, you can paint/stick it easily on your drone.

With the fire brigade giant “Retten-Löschen-Bergen-Schützen” this looks different. This is a registered trademark of the German fire brigade association’s dispatch house, which can only be used by fire brigades and even there under certain conditions. See this: https://www.feuerwehrversand.de/39/Warenzeichen.htm

If this is sensible, it should be put there. Not everyone likes drones – and if there is now a good picture of the fire brigade when a private drone in the “Fire Gun Design” attracts the trouble of people, I dare to doubt.

If he has paid the appropriate permission of the trademark owner and the necessary usage fees, everything is fine. I’d let him confirm this in writing for security reasons…

Only if the drone is also used by the fire department as a firefighter drone.

As a private person: no, you can’t. Just as you can stick your car in the stripper design and then paint “police” on it.

Design yes. Design + firefighter/police/DRK: no

At the latest, if something happens to the drone, and the injured turned to the local fire brigade, it becomes interesting.
