Hi, DM has so-called fat-blocker tablets that help you lose weight. I want to use them because I'm flying to Bali and Canada this summer and generally want to have a good figure. Has anyone used the fat-blocker tablets before, or does anyone have any tips/experience with them? Or other tablets or recommendations for losing weight?

There are also rice cakes that say "100% whole grain" on the back of the ingredients list + in bold on the front. Normally, manufacturers would have to specify in the ingredients exactly what kind of rice it is. So, whole grain or not, as well as Basmati/Yasmin, etc. That's illegal…it just says "100% rice"
