Control hard drive motor?

Good evening to all dear helpers.

I wanted to control the motor of my old hard drive,

It has 4 cables, and no matter how I control the 4 cables with 12 volts,

The motor vibrates back and forth, even if I turn it on by hand, it goes back into vibration mode after a few seconds.

I still have the control board, and if I supply it with voltage,

Nothing happens? Do I need to supply power to another pin in the long connector so that the motor runs?
