landline contract?
My mother would like to change her contract, but it is not stored in the customer portal.
Although the contract is in my mother's name, my father signed up with his email address and a password we don't know. Since we no longer have contact with him, my mother can't add the contract to her customer account with the provider because it's linked to my father's email address. They're with Telekom.
What can we do in this case?

If your mother is the contractor, that should not be a problem. Contacts customer support again and describes the case. For the emergency, simply proceed as with lost access data: Interims access data can be sent by mail and a legitimation takes place. Customer support should make a little more effort. It is sometimes a goal to try it several times on the hotline to solve a problem.
