Heel spur?
About six months ago, while walking, I suddenly felt a stabbing pain under my left heel. I stopped, continued limping, and the pain went away.
Twenty-four hours later, however, the stabbing pain returned. Heel spur, the orthopedist said. Wait a few days; if your foot still hurts, come back.
I didn't come back. I do stretching exercises, rub ointment on my sore foot, but nothing helps. So here's my question: Does anyone know anything about this? Does anyone have the same problem? Injections and radiation are out of the question.
Then go back to the doctor.
Supplies, shockwave therapy, something helps.
Stretch back and forth and salves definitely don’t help.
thanks for the tip, but shockwave therapy is expensive, the KKH does not pay, is perhaps painful and the success is questionable. Right?
Shock wave is usually hedge performance, yes.
Try with orthopedic inserts. They padded the heel, which can recover the irritation.
Go to Orthopaedic and arrange special inserts for heel spores. Di relieve the painful spot.
I didn’t come back.
Why not? That would be the only right way.
