Motorbike by day?

I do this, at least with the weaker scooters with HS1 bulb, which has only 35 watts. There has never been anyone complaining about a possible glare effect, the high beam dazzles about as much as brighter daytime running lights, which also specifically dazzle for better recognizability.

One advantage is that it is seen considerably (!) better in days (sightability is the A and O in the two-wheeler), the other advantage is that two-wire lamps then hold much longer when both incandescent filaments are used (because the filament is deactivated). The two-wheeler shown below was scraped at 61000 km with the factory-mounted PHILIPS HS1 – halogen incandescent lamp due to engine damage.

Here is a comparison image made by me for the purpose of clarifying the better recognizability. Left passing beam, right beam. During the day, the passing beam was not seen at all; it could be turned off as well. Even the sparkling standing lights (left and right of the headlight) produced a minimally better recognizability with their 5 watts each.

It doesn’t make any sense. It’s quite normal passing beam, which is mandatory. Broad light should only be used at night, but also only where no one drives in front and no one comes to you and if there are no other lighting. If there are sufficient lanterns, the high beam must not be switched on.

Light, in particular dazzling high-beam light, exudes the motorcycle and makes it very difficult for other road users to properly assess the speed of a motorcycle.

This can lead to dangerous situations on land roads and motorways.

No, that’s not allowed.
