Never heard of Fentanyl-stretched XTC pills. In my opinion this is just as a myth as if people say the speckled places would be heroin or the shimmering would be a glazing consisting of LSD. In my opinion, it also makes little sense pills with a drug to “stretch” which is significantly more expensive than the MDMA itself. A XTC tablet costs only cent amounts in wholesale…

Studies specifically on fentanyl are not available, but there are various pages to put the laboratory analyses of currently in circulation pills online, for example:

https://www.saferparty.ch/warningen/

https://mindzone.info/current-infos/pill warnings/

If you have a certain variety of XTC’s suspected of being stretched with fentanyl – just google, e.g. “blue triangular Mitsubishi”. Or look at one of the pages mentioned. If you live in Austria or Switzerland, there may also be the possibility of drug checking. Germany is (still) not so far.

Mostly, 2-CB and MDA are stretched with caffeine, amphetamine or rarely.

A further great risk is also the often different active substance content even in optically identical tablets.

93% in the USA. I don’t have German numbers.

So in the USA, 93% of Ecstasy’s are stretched with fentanyl? It seems too high to me, how do you get that information?

Yes, USA definitely has a problem with Fentanyl, but that 93% of Ecstasys are stretched with fentanyl I don’t think
