Fentanyl, a global killer?

I just saw a documentary about the opioid crisis in the US, which, however, extends far beyond the US. Fentanyl is the new heroin and 1,000 times more deadly; just a few salt-crystal-sized crumbs are said to be enough to send an adult to the afterlife. Why do drug cartels produce such a deadly poison that decimates their own customers?

Fentanyl is widely sold on the black market of my knowledge. Even because some forms of consumption would otherwise be impossible.

Also in the black market there is the bid of supply and demand. There are some who want the Fentanyl, the demand is there, so there is also a market for it.

” Unless there’s the CIA and other GD hanging inside.” Oh, how do you get that crap?

You know why? Because the cartel doesn’t give a damn. Besides, a normal dose does not kill. Letal will only be with a corresponding amount. If Otto Huber puts the stuff into the body in a mortal dose at the station, it is neither the dealer’s fault nor the manufacturer’s fault.
