Felgen & Fahrwerk auf der Essen Motor Show kaufen?
Guten Abend zusammen.
150 km are not the world. Go and check out exactly what components you want, then google them on site and then buy them. That would be the worst.
What do you want for wheels and what chassis?
Long greetings
Hey and thank you for your answer!
I’ll get 18 inch rims to finally get away from my, unfortunately, some very hard 19 tariffs. I’ve been hitting 3 rims on the Internet, which I like. I also looked at whether the manufacturers were on the motor show, which they are happier wise.
Here are the 3 rims to choose from:
– Wheelworld WH11 SW+
– Tec Speedwheels AS1 black silk mat
– RH Alurad AR4 racing black lacquered
I’m still inconclusive with the suspension. I’d like him to be totally deep, but still comfortable. Pricedly, the AP with just 500€ is totally super, also has great reviews. However, I would drive it almost without residual thread, which would make it much harder. I think I’m going to wait a bit to get the H&R deeper version, which is almost twice as expensive.
But with the mentioned suspensions, 18 wheels are at least as hard. If you are only concerned with the optics, then you can keep the 19s (or are the 19s?) and 0.5 to 1 cm higher with the suspension, have more comfort and the optics is balanced by the 19s and it looks just as deep. Just more comfortable and you save the 18s. It’s just an idea of me.
It’s a good reflection. It’s the 19s of Lugano. I’ve got these four years now and they’ve got the one or the other corner. I have to get some new tires for the rims anyway, so I thought I could make a complete change. What would go if I got 2 new Luganos, but the 2 are probably as expensive as 4 new 18s.
Yeah, you seem right. 18s are big enough.
Well, that your cunning is more apparent than being, for that you can nix, is the “interpretation” on the part of VW like a sport coupe “has to be” you can make the chassis for 500 pure, because for more than just the sporty look it will hardly be deaf…
Proper threaded suspensions that are also suitable for the race track and generally a more sporty way of driving start at 1.5 and go easy up to 3k! Lastly, had a Bilstein suspension in it that was the first cream, but it cost three times as much as what you want to get there. At my Subaru Impreza, I don’t know if I’m gonna take one again or if I’m gonna build a Koni Black…
But I’m just talking about performance and not just the optics. 18 or 19 inch rims I would never do it! Brings only more weight, then prefer super light 17s from O.Z. and the tires I pull on are already very expensive with 17 inches! My car is driving as fast as it looks. There are other priorities.
