Misprint or just old and not looked after properly?

I got this certificate today and I saw on the internet that many people are selling it for a lot of money, so I'm asking because I have absolutely no idea about it
Hello everyone! I'm curious to know approximately how old this figure is and how much it would cost. Does anyone know anything about it? It's about 17 cm tall and has a blue symbol with the number "1186" on the bottom. Thanks in advance!
Where can you sell antique Bedouin silver jewelry at a truly reasonable price that takes into account not only the material value. What I have come up with so far is Museums Art markets eBay Etsy What else can you think of?
The jug is very heavy (3kg), 19cm high and has a diameter of 9cm. The jug is not made of tin, lead or zinc; it is not easy to melt down (I tried a little on the bottom) and unfortunately there is no hallmark.
