Question for the Spanish speaking people here:
A colleague got a tattoo with a Spanish text.
The text reads " Momento Morir ." It reminds me somewhat of another expression from antiquity.
According to the internet, this loosely translated from Spanish means “ time to die ”.
Can it be expressed that way, or is it wrong? It seems like something's missing…
In any case, it is supposed to be Spanish and have nothing to do with the Latin text.

And DE in between or without, it seems to make sense. But I don’t know…

I did not use a translator but entered the phrase and hoped for search results. This is usually the better solution than to hope for an internet translator, even though not all of them dominate their language (whether native language or learned), no question.
I am also happy to be able to improve or teach by a Spanish language. Spanish is similar to the Italian, but it is still different.
However, ask me why, if it is not based on the “memento mori”, the term “death time” can ultimately be used.
