Fehler der Versicherung wie handelt?
Hey vor ca. 2/3 Monaten wurde mein Frontscheibe beschädigt am Auto. Habe meine Versicherung natürlich kontaktiert und die haben mich dann dementsprechend an folgende Werkstatt geschickt. Alles war in Ordnung. Ich habe im Gespräch mit der Versicherung gefragt, ob ich Selbstbeteiligung habe, die meinten nein. Ich hätte vollkasko. Ich weiß das auch. Habe dann Werkstatt auch nochmal gefragt ob ich etwas bezahlen müsste, die meinten nein. Also wurde die Scheibe ausgetauscht und dann jetzt rufen die mich an und meinten, bei der Versicherung wäre ein Fehler unterlaufen. Ich hätte kein Vollkasko und müsste Selbstbeteiligung von 150€ zahlen. Ich meine das Geld ist nicht das Problem, aber warum jetzt nach 3 Monaten? Das ärgert mich einfach, dass denen jetzt erst eingefallen sind, ich müsste was zahlen obwohl die mir gefühlt 10 mal versichert haben, ich müsste nichts zahlen vorallem bei Glasbruch?
Wo kann ich mich wenden?

The word Vollkasko means not automatically “no participation”.

Full insurance has nothing to do with glass breakage.
A glass breakage damage is always a partial cash damage and it is necessary to pay the agreed partial cash flow SB. Whether there is a full-cassian or not is completely irrelevant.
What this was now not important. In fact, if you have a sub-cass with 150€ SB, you also have to pay it.
I also know that the dear customers order, get the bill/insurance certificate, pay for protection, and then do not know what they have ordered and paid.
I would contact my advisor, why didn’t he sell TK without SB.

if you have a VK, they would have paid. with corresponding own share. also at the TK
number 150 and good. a new disc usually comes much more expensive.
