Feeling of pressure after wisdom tooth surgery?

Hello,

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed 10 days ago, and the stitches on my left side were already removed. Due to swelling and slow healing, the stitches on my right side were left in for now.

I've noticed that when I bite down on my right side, I feel a strange pressure sensation on my back molar, accompanied by slight pain. Is this normal? I was at the dentist just the day before yesterday, and I should have noticed if something was infected there. Still, it's really bothering me, and I also feel a very slight throbbing. Otherwise, I don't really have any pain and can eat properly again.

It may be transmitted through the blood vessels to the adjacent tooth. Otherwise, a nerve runs under the teeth. It would have to be better within a few days, especially when the threads are drawn.
