Feeling dizzy?

Hello,

I'm 15 years old, 168cm tall, and weigh about 73kg. I drank about 2 liters of water today. After school, I ate a student kebab (small kebab) and then just a moment ago, I had two eggs in toast. Now I'm feeling really strange. It feels like my circulation is out of whack, but I'm neither thirsty nor hungry. I'm dizzy, I'm shaking slightly, and just feel weak. Just imagining eating something now makes me feel sick. Does anyone know what I can do about this? Normally, you'd eat or drink something…

Hey. It could be that your body just got out of balance.

You may have eaten too fast or too much, or your body reacts sensitively to certain foods. Try to lay down and deep breath to calm down 🫶🏼🫶🏼

If it doesn’t get better, it might be a good idea to ask your parents or an adult for help.

Maybe they could give you some light food or drink that could help you feel better

You’re in puberty, maybe you’re just in a boost of growth, because unpleasant body feelings can belong to it, also dizziness, you have also eaten very little today, the blood sugar can be sunk.

I advise you to put yourself in bed and rest and sleep if it’s not better tomorrow, the doctor still has, then I’d go.

If you have a blood odor meter, you can measure your blood pressure, it can be low.

Drink something and try to rest.

Good improvement for you.
