Eating Dürüm/Kebab/Kebab box almost every day is unhealthy?

What exactly is unhealthy about it? Chicken and salad are healthy, aren't they? The only "unhealthy" part is the bread. What would be the consequences of eating something like that almost every day (3-4 times a week)?

Poor fats, additives and salt in meat and in sauce. This will be the most sinful and consumed every day, it will not remain without consequences…

Not what you once again eat, is unhealthy, but what you every day eat.

It is not directly unhealthy, but one-sided.

So I think there’s more unhealthy and 3 – 4 times a week just goes like that. If you eat healthy!

It’s not unhealthy either. The lack of versatility is the problem.

The week has at least 21 meals.

So?

I don’t know what he’s doing Other Meals take too? Maybe Nutella, butter and trans fats instead of vegetables and fruit? I don’t know.

Almost Every day Dürüm/Döner/Dönerbox eat unhealthy?

Yeah.

What exactly is unhealthy about it?

  • Low fiber
  • To little vegetables
  • Too much animal and bad fats (meat, sauce)
  • Too many bad carbohydrates (white flour)
  • Too much salt, probably also much hidden sugar
  • To one side

Chicken and salad are healthy?

Salad yes, chicken only in small amounts. The quality of the meat is usually very poor. The amount of meat is much too high if you were to feed on it.

Döner is better than dietary physiological full catastrophes such as currywurst but not healthy with frequent distortion.

No matter what you take, even if it’s just gurken or the healthiest eating in the world. It becomes unhealthy because the body needs change…

Fat, salt, sugar, barely fiber…

That would be a very one-sided diet! < that is not good!
From one nutrient you get too much, from the others too little or not…

It’s a one-sided diet. At some point, deficiencies arise in your body because you don’t get any other vegetables.

Unhealthy fats, cheap meat, too much salt, sugar and phosphates. The bite of vegetables don’t tear it out.
