Color change on the Wolfmix W1?

Hi,

I'm a hobby DJ and bought the Wolfmix W1 about a month ago.

From the very beginning, one thing made me suspicious.

In addition to Pars and LED bars, I have two Varytec Hero Spot 90s connected. When I go to the Color FX and select different colors, they are displayed in an undesirable way. The color wheel of the MHs rotates so slowly that you can see every color until the desired one is reached, if it is reached at all. Even when I switch to the blinder, the MHs only turn white very late and cycle through the other colors on the color wheel until they reach white. This is very annoying, as I can't really use quick color changes or effects.

As I said, I have been trying hard to solve the problem lately, but I haven't had any success yet.

It would be great if someone could help me. If no one has any suggestions, I'll have to contact support, but for now, I'd like to try it here in what I think is a more relaxed way.
