Fansale Verkäufer schickt Ticket nicht ab?
Guten Tag,
an jeden der Erfahrung mit fansale hat wie kriege ich mein Geld zurück ich habe ein Ticket über fansale erworben und der Verkäufer hat mir eine email geschrieben das er das Ticket nicht mehr hat weil er es auf anderen weg verkauft hat jetzt krieg ich kein Ticket hab aber bezahlt an den Kundenservice hab ich mich gemeldet und habe eine von einem bot verfasste Antwort bekommen die nicht wircklich weiter hilft an die Leute denen das auch Schonmal passiert ist Wie kriege ich mein Geld zurück

With fansale there is a button with “ticket damaged, not arrived etc.” on the must you go and report your problem…this then takes approx. 2 weeks until you receive a repayment
Something’s wrong here. Seller in the Fansale is here Eventim and not the original seller. This is also the purpose of this fanal.
You can also buy the ticket from Eventim.
The person who sold the ticket has the ticket logically at home and he can’t let it go because he sold it somewhere else
Bullshit. On fansale are the private people who have to send their tickets themselves. Only exception: Eventim pass tickets, or hard tickets that are personalized. All other tickets are not sent by Eventim itself.
