Hello.

Looks like the fan control is there at this hub. Did you get a remote control to set the RGB lighting, for example?

I would also suspect that a software is available that controls the fans. You can probably set them on Windows.

But at 34° CPU and 26° environment temperature, there is no need for the fans to be on. It may be good that it is a silent fashion.

It would also be strange if the RGB works with all fans, so they are supplied with power, but at the same time all rotors are defective. The likelihood of it goes towards 0.

Hang on another picture, from the fan's switch on the housing. Is there a button you can use to disable them?

Water cooling is always loud, even if the housing fans are on!

Therefore, these 200€ RGB enclosures in white + 150€ AiO are usually a bit trolly, because everyone puts their tower under the table because of the volume after a week at the latest, where no one sees it. 😉

If there's a bar for the fans, you should be able to adjust them. But I'd put HWiNFO64 down and watch the temperatures of the case when you play.

Otherwise write to the support where you got the computer and ask why the fans don't turn and how you can activate it. They should give you information about how to hire them. They are obviously supplied with electricity.

It can be that the fans only start when it is necessary. Some PC's/Lifters make this to be quieter. I'd be careful to play some games on it and look at the temperature in the background and see the fans whether they jump at a certain temperature.

If it is a new PC, you should contact the manufacturer/seller.
