Internship as a PTA – internship certificate checked upon admission to the exam?

First of all, no, I didn't fake my internship or anything, in case anyone thinks that from the title…

I spent my first two weeks in a pharmacy, where I didn't get along with the owner at all and there was only gossip in the team, but because I was quick and hard-working, the pharmacist wanted me for the remaining two weeks.

Since she told me during the two weeks that she always sits on the examination board at our school at the end, I told her that I would spend the remaining two weeks with my boyfriend in another city…which wasn't true…I spent the other two weeks in my city, just in another pharmacy…simply because I couldn't have endured another two weeks there.

Now to my question, will she also see our internship certificates?

Or do they only go to the chamber where we apply for our exam admission? ^^'
