Family in Opel Corsa E!

Hello,

We've bought a new Opel Corsa E, and now I've realized that I'm going to have two more children; I already have two. I'm wondering if the two baby seats will still work, as my husband usually comes along, as do my older children, and I don't want to give this car up. Do you think that's possible? We also have a dog (which is in the trunk). Is a dog crate better than a dog guard for the car?

Please reply quickly 🙂 Thanks in advance!

Kind regards, LenaLeila

Hello,

may not be the expert in it, but I don’t think the car is allowed for 6 people. That is why the question has actually been eliminated.

From this it should be a “less” close with 4 children in the back.

When it comes to safety, you should not save or exchange the favorite car for a more suitable one.

Theme Dog: A box is the safest option for the 4 beiner. I would have one more question: where should the baggage go on a trip?

Greeting

It shouldn’t be a problem. The children can also be stacked and tightened with a strap against slipping.

Why didn’t I come to such an answer?! Oddly and 10 thumbs up! That saved my day. At the next seminar on cargo securing, I take this as an example 🙂

I still didn’t know that 11-year-old girls can drive cars themselves, let alone buy a car…

From your previous questions:

Hello, so I am 1(werde am 9.Juni 2015-12)

…and you have 2 children – now you get two more children…

and now I realized I’m getting two more kids, I’ve got two.

Now it’s getting too tight in the Corsa…

As far as I know, a Coesa has only 5 seats and therefore only 5 seat belts…

Oh, the dog… A dog is best saved in a box that is properly secured in the trunk…

Otherwise, the permitted loading weight should be exceeded…

This is really trouble with the police!!!

Okay… I almost thought…

But: 2 adults, 2 children, 2 baby bowls with strampling content and a dog in the trunk – all in a corsa… No, that’s not going and doesn’t fit!

If you intend to drive exclusively in Tunisia or Morocco 😉 And even say and write 8-10 men in a small car….

Here are the German laws in the way that all passengers must be secured and that a car with 5 seats can also transport only 5 people.

And whether dog box or grating, in general it is TÜV-tested and keeps what it promises, that is basically no matter, basically it is stable and protects you and the dog in the event of an accident.

Thanks to the clues of the attentive people here.

I should start again to visit/read people’s profile/question to save the effort and then (if deserved) said questioner verbally to “dissen”.

Thank you and greeting

Only 5 people fit in the Opel Corsa-D (=E) and possibly a medium-sized dog in the trunk. That’s not what’s going on. At 6 perons – 2 adults and 4 children – you need another car like a Zafira.

I personally have my dog lover behind a good net than in a transport box. Behind the net I see it in the mirror, in the transport box I don’t really have it under observation.
