I found €500 in counterfeit money and tried to deposit it into my ATM. I got a message saying it was suspected counterfeit, so I withdrew the note for verification, along with the receipt. Now I got a call from the bank, and they said the note was counterfeit and that I might get a visit from the police, who wanted to know where I got it. What exactly will happen to me now? Will I go to jail? I'm scared… I didn't cause anything earth-shattering, since the note is counterfeit anyway.
