Falsche Masse geliefert was tun?
Ich habe vor kurzem ein Riesiges Faultier zum kuscheln gekauft…. Angeblich riesig. Es sollte 90x60x40 sein. Tatsächlich angekommen ist 50x40x18. Nun habe ich (als Schweizer) 72Fr. für den Reinfall bezahlt, inkl. Drittland-Versand. Ich habe mich zweimal beschwert, dass die Masse nicht stimmen und mir wurde nur 10% auf weitere Einkäufe oder die Rücksendung angeboten. Den 10% Gutschein gäbe es auch ganz einfach im Internet und die Rücksendung würde 57.- kosten, worauf ich wohl sitzen bleiben würde. Was kann ich in diesem Fall machen? Darf ich auf eine Preisanpassung bestehen? Was kann ich da machen, sowas ärgert mich sehr, kann mir da jemand helfen?

Set the seller in writing a deadline to deliver the right ARtikel. Please send him a return label at the same time as he delivered false goods. His fault, so he must also bear the costs.
I’d send it back.
PS.: You certainly mean measurements, so the dimensions, not the mass;-)
Wow, I pay 72, I’d get 72 back but lose 57 for the return… stable decision.

Is that so? If this is really not there I would write dimensions. A mass is something completely different than a measure.
