Misjudgment of drugs?

Hello!

Many people misjudge drugs completely. Not only do many people overestimate their effects, but many also underestimate them. Cannabis is a prime example of this. People say cannabis comes either straight from hell or straight from heaven.

I myself consume cannabis regularly. People who binge on alcohol on a weekly basis have often told me I'm a junkie. I once even had a discussion with a guy who didn't believe me that alcohol, nicotine, and caffeine are also drugs. On the other hand, there are those who smoke weed daily and downplay its effects and addictive potential.

Then there are the people who think they are intelligent and are proud of it when they discriminate against drug addicts, pigeonhole them and do not see addiction as a real illness.

Why is this so and what would have to happen for us to really combat the drug problem?

Hm. I really like to cut myself occasionally. However, there is a sort of limit for me in the drugs. There are those who are deadly and those who are not. I don’t think cannabis or maybe LSD should be put in a drawer with heroin, cocaine, alcohol, nicotine and ecstasy. These are completely different leagues.

That alcohol, nicotine and caffeine are drugs that are accepted (especially alcohol and nicotine) is simply because they are so strongly anchored in our society. Actually, an alcoholic is also a junkie – or not? Well, not at many. A box, then? Sorry – doesn’t make sense for me.

I simply find it sad that a few beers are counted as “normal” on Friday night, but a joint, for example, is stamped directly as a stark drug use. I don’t want to generalize this, but yes, there are people who think so. Personally, I think that’s rather questionable – don’t you?

If you think so, how many thousands of people die annually in Germany alone from the “non-drug” alcohol? At their disastrous health and social damage? Naja – to cannabis of my knowledge no one! 🙂

Alcohol or nicotine not only make psychological, but also physically dependent! No cannabis! LSD not! Magic Mushrooms not! Furthermore, the likelihood of cannabis is really addicted comparatively low. With LSD and the Magic M. it even goes against 0!

Yes I agree – there’s something wrong here. But what do you want to do? Well, anyway, cannabis is now legalized and for me, that’s the same thing. That’s all I need. But the harmlessness of drugs such as alcohol and nicotine is groundless!

It is clear that the possible psychological effects of cannabis, LSD and Co. cannot be downplayed, but if we are honest, these are completely different, more harmless leagues than those in alcohol and nicotine. Or not?

I think we people generally want too much today and have too much.

In each direction, the scale is exaggerated. have, have, have – but at what cost?! The greed of man is the beginning of evil. God said to the first people: All the fruits you can eat from this one tree please leave your fingers. Adam and Eve were greedy in a moment or not tedious, in a way even ungrateful and have no longer been pleased with what they already had! They were already fully blessed and gifted with the rest of the garden!

The grass today is overgrown, the coca leaves are “refined” with chemistry and gasoline, it is no longer a cup of wine, no – only from a box or 40 percent increase the mood.

After having been able to experience some drug deaths, I am absolutely opposed to JEDE presentation, which calls drugs harmless in “right use by lay people”. You can’t overestimate the danger potential.

There is no effective fight against drug problems. You can only limit it to those who are willing to stay away from drugs.

I myself occasionally consume various drugs and alcohol does not really belong to the happiness (trinke vlt 3 to 4 beer a year). However, I am aware of the risks and I always express myself extensively before consumption. And that’s where I think the problem is. Most people are barely enlightened and therefore think they are in the position to condemn others while they baptize half dead on the Oktoberfest. And many people who smoke and drink regularly do not like to see that they are in this connection themselves “Junkies”. Of course there are also many who know the alcohol is bad but alcohol is sold officially and I think many people see the consumption of illegal drugs as stupid as sometimes you don’t know if you get what you want.

In your opinion, however, I would probably just have to find out more. In particular, caffeine is also a drug (daily coffee junkies..), many are not clear or they do not want to be stamped as a junkie, because they are then exactly the same. But I honestly can’t tell you why drugs are being dictated. You just have to deal with it (want) and already this topic gets a bit of color instead of just black/white.

Is there also a question hidden or is there a purely question of a finding? For the latter, the forum

What does your opinion have to do with your consumption? In addition, I did not criticise your opinion, but answered your question.
