Incorrect document number during online check with Ryanair
Hello everyone, my question is, is it a problem if I accidentally enter the wrong document number on my ID card, but everything else is correct? And who should I contact in that case? Thanks in advance!
Unlike the other two responders, I suspect that this has no bad impact. There is only one visual examination during boarding. That is to say, they see if the photo matches you halfway and they see if the name in the ID matches that in the flight booking. Of course, the incorrect number is also stored, but that would only be noticed if it were compared to the document at some point.
Therefore, I would be very sure that the mistake is not noticed. And then something else to calm down: do you think you’re the only one who’s far and wide tapping the complicated number of the Persos wrong? I’m sure it’ll happen again and again. However, I flew to Ryanair for 40 times, and no one was sorted out because the ID number was not correct. So, stay cool and don’t do anything would be my tip.
I wish you a good flight, Tuscany ball.
How do I find out if I entered the document number incorrectly? where can I view the data entered again?
Ryanair is a disaster! Call it and put it right.
Yeah, that’s bad. You can refuse your flight. You will have to have it corrected by phone or email (and will be required against horrendous fees).
